About the guest: Dr. Sarah Sweet is a 2004 graduate of the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked in the financial industry in Boston and New York for 12 years before pursuing her passion for veterinary medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Sweet practiced small animal general and emergency medicine for 11 years in New England. She co-founded a successful companion animal practice in Maine and served as president of the state's veterinary medical association. In 2018, Sarah joined IDEXX Medical Affairs to support rapid assay diagnostics, transitioning from her previous role as a senior professional services veterinarian for Merck Animal Health.
