<meta charset="UTF-8">Dr. Kuzmik is an VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Hospital oncologist. She started her career in oncology as an assistant at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, where she met her husband and his cat. Together, they adopted their heart dog, Kielbasa, who has since left a big hole in their hearts with loving memories of rolling in fallen leaves and finishing off yogurt containers. From Boston, Dr. Kuzmik and family moved west to attend veterinary school at Colorado State University and completed a rotating internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Colorado before returning to the University of Minnesota to finish her oncology residency.
